Appointment requests

The booking form sends a request for review. Appointment time, mobile-service address, service details, and pricing are confirmed during follow-up.

Health and comfort

Guests are responsible for sharing relevant comfort notes, pressure preferences, and areas to avoid before the session begins.

Pricing

Displayed prices are estimates and may change if service duration, add-ons, package details, or guest count changes.

Card-on-file authorization

When booking protection is enabled, customers must accept the exact fee and cancellation window displayed before continuing to the Authorize.net secure card form. No appointment charge is collected when the request is submitted. A cancellation fee may be charged manually only for a confirmed appointment under the accepted policy.
