Information collected

Appointment requests may include your name, email, phone number, preferred service, date, time, exact mobile-service address, focus areas, and session notes. After an appointment is confirmed, the private intake form may also collect your birth date, emergency contact, health history, medications, injuries, massage preferences, consent, and electronic signature.

How it is used

This information is used to follow up, confirm availability, plan travel to the requested service location, understand session preferences, prepare a safe and appropriate massage session, document consent, and provide customer support.

Sharing

New Aura Body does not sell personal information. Details may be shared only with service providers needed to manage booking communication, scheduling, secure form storage, and card processing. Card details are entered directly on Authorize.net and are not stored on this website. Intake answers are available only through the private appointment link and the password-protected business backend.

Website analytics

The public booking page uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the website. It may collect general device, browser, approximate location, referral, page-view, and interaction information. New Aura Body does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, booking notes, payment information, or private intake answers to Google Analytics. Analytics is not loaded on the private intake form or owner schedule.
