Cancellation policy
Please contact New Aura Body as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.
Rescheduling
Reschedule requests are reviewed based on availability. Earlier notice gives the best chance of finding a new time.
Late arrivals
Late arrivals may shorten the session so the following appointment can begin on time.
No-shows
When card-on-file protection is enabled, the exact no-show and late-cancellation fee and time window are displayed in the booking form before authorization.
Card authorization
Card details are entered on the Authorize.net secure page and are not stored on this website. Submitting a request does not charge the card. A fee can apply only after the appointment is confirmed and the customer misses it or cancels inside the displayed window.
Manual fee review
Cancellation fees are reviewed and charged manually, never automatically. A receipt is emailed after a successful charge. Contact New Aura Body promptly if you believe a fee was charged in error.
